Quotes & Pricing
All pricing is provided as custom quotations based on the scope of each project.
Quotes remain valid for the period specified in the quotation unless otherwise stated.
Material prices may change depending on supplier costs and customer selections.
Deposit Requirements
A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
The remaining balance is payable according to the agreed project schedule or upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy
Deposits are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered where DECORFIX RENOVATION is unable to fulfil the agreed project due to circumstances within our control.
If a customer cancels after accepting the quotation or changes their mind, the deposit will not be refunded.
Project Changes
Customers may request changes during the project.
Additional charges may apply depending on:

A revised quotation may be issued before additional work proceeds.
Materials
Customers may choose their preferred materials.

Project Timeline
Each renovation project has a different completion timeframe depending on its complexity.
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Material availability
- Council approvals
- Customer-requested changes
- Restricted site access
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Where delays occur, we will communicate updated timelines as soon as reasonably possible.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide safe access to the property
- Supply accurate project information
- Make payments on time
- Approve designs and selections promptly
- Remove valuable personal belongings from work areas where appropriate
Delays caused by the client may result in revised completion dates and additional costs.
Damage & Liability
DECORFIX RENOVATION will take reasonable care while carrying out work.
We are responsible for damage directly caused by our negligence during delivery or installation.
We are not responsible for:
- Existing structural issues
- Hidden defects
- Damage resulting from customer misuse
- Damage caused by third parties
- Events outside our reasonable control
Customers may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if completed work or supplied materials are intentionally or negligently damaged after installation.
